Beyond coalition-wide meetings and communications, the SCD Coalition organizes into five subcommittees to address key issues impacting the community. These subcommittees meet on a bimonthly basis to advance short- and long-term goals related to access to care, global issues, research and clinical trials, blood donor diversity, and sickle cell trait.
