SCDC Terms of Service
The website SCDCoalition.org and its subsites and subdomains (collectively, the “Site”) are owned and operated by the American Society of Hematology (“we” or “us”) under the Sickle Cell Disease Coalition (the “SCDC”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our , and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

No Fiduciary Relationship

Remedies
You agree that any violation, or threatened violation, by you of these Terms of Service constitutes an unlawful and unfair business practice that will cause us irreparable and unquantifiable harm. You also agree that monetary damages may be inadequate for such harm, and you consent to our obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that we deem necessary or appropriate.
