Fred Hutch Cancer Center, Seattle Children’s, and Metropolitan Seattle Sickle Cell Taskforce invite you to the Sickle Cell Patient and Caregiver Education: Transition Care Management event. The is a free virtual event (via Zoom) and is dedicated to patients of sickle cell disease and their caregivers. Attendees will hear medical experts and patients discuss care management and provide tips on how best to transition into adult care.
